Bill Mo'unga
For over twenty-eight years Bill has performed more than $100 million in construction, renovation, retrofit, demolition, maintenance, and remediation services contracts. Since starting off as the first superintendent for the very first federal project M Construction received as an 8(a) company, Bill has built a reputation for quality, integrity and demonstrated performance.
